What is Quantum Shore Chicago?
Quamtum Shore Chicago is the master-planned development across 440 acres of Chicago’s legendary lakefront at the former U.S. Steel South Works site at 8080 S. DuSable Lake Shore Drive.
Once the site of steel mills that built this nation’s bridges and skyscrapers, today it is being reimagined to forge new ideas and industries that will shape the forefront of technology for decades to come.
The first phase of the 128-acre development currently underway is known as the Illinois Quantum & Microelectronics Park (IQMP).
